The stay was overall pleasant, especially due to the prime location that allowed easy access to downtown attractions. The room was spacious and extremely clean, providing all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was a highlight with a delicious spread to start our day right. However, we did face some challenges with limited parking and occasional spotty WiFi. The attentive staff, particularly Gloria at the front desk, made us feel welcomed with her warmth and humor.

Had an awesome stay with friends! We loved being within walking distance of FirstEnergy Stadium and Playhouse Square. Tried some local golfing, and the area was super fun to explore. The included breakfast was solid, and the parking was convenient at a great rate.
The bathroom in our room was really tight, which made it a bit of a hassle to move around.

We enjoyed our stay, especially visiting the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame! The hotel's central location made it easy to explore and make memories with my grandson during our adventures in downtown Cleveland.
My kids wished for a better breakfast option.

This hotel offers a great location close to downtown attractions, and the staff are genuinely friendly and accommodating. However, the outdated decor and occasional noise from neighbors were a bit of a letdown. Overall, a solid choice with clean rooms and a decent breakfast.

Comfortable beds and a convenient parking situation stood out during the stay. The location is ideal, within walking distance of local attractions like Progressive Field and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. However, housekeeping was inconsistent, as evident with unclean floors and inadequate towel placement. While the breakfast options were decent, more attention to room maintenance would elevate the experience further.

great location for the wolstein center, super convenient for events. room was comfy and clean. loved the coffee machine and fridge. breakfast had decent options but ended kinda early. parking was safe with an attendant around, $9.50 a day is not too bad. a/c worked well, no noise issues at night.

I really enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn while attending a Cavs game. The check-in process was quick, and the staff surprised me with a free upgrade to a Jacuzzi room. The location made it super easy to walk to the arena, and I felt safe heading back after the game. The morning breakfast had everything I needed—eggs, waffles, and cereal, all fresh and well-stocked until the end. The parking fee was reasonable at $9.50 a night. The only downside was hearing too much noise from the adjoining room through the conjoining door. The outside traffic was also noticeable during the day, but quieted down at night. Still, I had a great experience overall.
